HoReCa
Hospitality, Restaurants and Cafes [HoReCa]. UCR sources the best beans from Peru, Guatemala, Kona, Brazil, Columbia, Mexico, Kenya and Sumatra. Sure we could compromise on the quality to lower the price but honestly, life really is too short to drink "less than" coffee.
Food Ingredient
For recipes that require coffee as an ingredient, try our Premium Espresso Coffee Concentrate. Since 1995 we have been perfecting our concentrate with no added preservatives which retains the natural flavors. Available in 1/2 gallon, 1 gallon and 20 gallon food grade containers. You've may have tasted our coffee in tiramisu cakes and cold coffee from your local drive through. We are an SQF Certified plant. Private label is available as well.

We use Loring smokeless roasters for all of our coffee. Computer controlled with profile monitoring gives us consistent quality, everyday.
