We can thank Larry Brog for listening to our early customers who were demanding great coffee. In 1995 there were less than a handful of coffee roasters in Utah and in fact it might have even been considered taboo to be a roaster in Utah. Being the rebellious type we purchased our fist Sivitz Fluid Bed Air Roaster. That was over 20 years ago and we've been roasting high end coffee and creating no preservative concentrate for our thankfully demanding customers.

The Salt Lake valley is nestled in between the Wasatch and Oquirrh Mountain Range and because of this natural formation, pollution can gather. Being good stewards we have dedicated our resources to Loring Smokeless Air Roasters. Technology meets craft roasting. Passion intertwined with production. Today Dave and Tony Brog carry the vision to bring you the best in consistently roasted coffees with our two Loring roasters. Whether you are enjoying a hot cup, a cold Nitro cup or even the flavor of coffee in your favorite ice cream, it might just have been made by us.
